Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Kokoro, the access and operations platform built by EntryKode for estates and events. By accessing the platform you agree to these obligations and the rights we each retain.
Using Kokoro
Kokoro offers resident databases, guard consoles, QR/PIN code issuance, analytics, and vendor workflows. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for your estates or events, subject to these terms.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, providing accurate estate information, and ensuring guard personnel comply with policies. Sharing accounts or misrepresenting access levels is prohibited.
Billing & Trials
Billing follows the plan you select; upgrades or add-ons apply immediately while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Free trials (e.g., Pro trial) last 14 days—cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Content & IP
EntryKode retains all intellectual property rights to Kokoro. You retain ownership of your data, but you grant us a limited right to process and display it as needed to deliver services, analytics, and reporting.
Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or threaten platform integrity. You may cancel anytime through the dashboard; data is retained for 30 days after cancellation for exporting purposes.
Disclaimers & Liability
Kokoro is provided “as is.” EntryKode disclaims warranties of uptime, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits beyond the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
